Your business information
Privacy policy
Updated October 3, 2026. Fovela is the new name for Diet MSP. This describes the information used to deliver Fovela’s computer support trial.
What we collect
Signup collects your business and contact names, email, mobile number, office address, device count, and setup choices. We record your email confirmation, enrollment consent, trial dates, and installation progress.
Connected computers report inventory, operating system, CPU, memory and disk use, connection history, alerts, patch status, and available security measurements. Support records include your request, the selected computer, diagnostic results, remote actions, and their outcomes.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare your workspace, connect and monitor your computers, calculate your dashboard scores, diagnose issues, perform permitted work, and send service updates. Requests from phone or email require confirmation in your private dashboard before technical work begins.
Your private dashboard link provides access to your workspace. Keep it within your business. Each customer’s devices and support records are scoped to that customer.
AI and service providers
AI handles Fovela’s support. Relevant conversation, diagnostic, and device information is processed by the AI services used to answer calls and perform technical work. Hosting, mail, monitoring, and telephone providers process the information needed to operate those services.
Phone support processes live audio and may save a transcript, support request, or sales enquiry. We ask for your permission before saving call audio. You can decline and continue the call, or ask us to stop recording. Approved recordings are private and used to review service quality. Call sentiment scores are estimates, not facts about your emotions.
Service records and your choices
We keep call audio and owner audit logs for one year. Workspace, monitoring, and support records are kept to operate your account and preserve its action history. Trial expiry does not delete your workspace or stop existing monitoring.
The service owner can open a read-only view of your customer portal. That access and report exports are logged. Monthly account reports go to your verified account email and include only your company’s information.
To request access, correction, or removal of your business information, email support@fovela.io from your account email. We may need to verify your authorization. You can stop a computer’s reporting by uninstalling the software.
Verification texts and links
Mobile verification is optional. After you agree in your dashboard, we send a code and link to prove you can receive texts at that number. Future sign-in texts go only to your verified number. Requested support follow-up may include a verification text for that specific request. Our telephone provider processes the destination number and message. These texts do not contain your device measurements or diagnostic results.
Verification messages are not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can remove your verified mobile in your dashboard to stop account verification texts and use email instead. Codes and links expire in 10 minutes and can be used once. A support verification opens a review; it does not authorize technical work by itself.
Authorized users and support messages
Your account owner can invite administrators and support users. We record each person’s name, work email, access level, invitation and acceptance times, access changes, and optional verified mobile. Each person has an individual sign-in; removing access closes their sessions and pending invitations. Support users can view company device health and their own requests. Administrators can view company requests and manage support users.
Portal chat messages, phone requests you confirm, public diagnostic findings, and replies stay with the support request. Email status notices go to the authorized requester and link to their private dashboard. They do not contain device diagnostic results. We retain protected notification receipts to prevent repeat sends. The dashboard remains available if email delivery cannot be confirmed.
Requested public links and sales enquiries
Public-link texting from phone support is being prepared. When it becomes available, we send a requested link only after confirming the number and your permission for that message. We keep a consent record and send receipt to avoid duplicate messages. No private dashboard link or diagnostic information is included. See the texting terms for opt-out and help details.
If you ask about service, we may record your name, business, needs, estimated device count, and preferred contact details. We ask separately before future follow-up. A sales enquiry does not verify your identity or authorize work on a computer.
Site operation
The site uses private access links, essential security cookies, and service security logs to operate customer dashboards and prevent abuse. Verification sign-in sessions expire after 30 minutes. We store protected verification hashes, timestamps, and failure counts to prevent replay and abuse; the site does not store the text code itself. No card information is collected during the trial. See the service terms and setup guide.
